All business, tax and other registration procedures have been completed. Entrusted by Chairman Zhang Qirong of the board of directors, Xu Kuixue, the deputy general manager of the board of directors, acted as the representative of Zhongqi Holdings Ltd and became the legal representative of Zhongqi overseas (Kampuchea) Limited company, and was responsible for the specific implementation of all the work of the company.
